My 10th Birthday

My 10th Birthday
On my tenth b-day I woke up happily and did my b-day dance. My b-day dance is a little jig I made up the night before. First I went to go outside and did about 10 cartwheels in the grass. Then I came inside and did my bathroom business. My bathroom business is when I brush my teeth wash my face and use the bathroom. I barged into my mom's room and said 'It's my birthday!" They said happy birthday and got ready for work. I was emailing a couple friends from school when all of a sudden everyone came in with a box. Execpt for mom, she came in with a camera. My family got me a pair of silver airwalkers that go with my silver cherry outfit. Blue and black high-tops were awesome, so was the white and pink flip-flops. Mom and dad also gave me a card saying flattering things about me. I got ten dollars and a card from gramma. And lastly I got a colored picture from Olivia and a card with 1$ from Alanah. I was so suprised. I had no clue they throwing that little shin-dig for me. After that I finished sending the emails, put on my cherry outfit and my new silver shoes. When I went downstairs my parents had left and there was no breakfast. So I made my own. I made overtasted bagels with strawberry cream cheese. I finished and waited for my mom to come back from work to take me to the dermatologist. When she got back we left. I got there and didn't wait to long before the nurse called my name. I came to the back and my mom and I talked. It had been a long time since my mom and I had went anywhere together in a long time. My docter came in. He examined my skin and gave us tips on how to make it better. Shortly after that we left. My mom took me to put my prescription in at Walgreens and then we ate lunch. I wanted Subway but mom suggested I try something new. We checked out Quiznos but I didn't want it. So we went to Tropical Smoothie Cafe. We took an extra long time to order. I mean there were so many things on the menu. I ended up ordering a sandwich with turkey, lettuce, tomatoe, and mayo. My smoothie was chocolate and banana. It tasted awsome. After that my mom decided to go to Walgreens again. This time we bought lip gloss , toothpaste and gifts for Alanah. Mom paid for everything then she took me home. I played outside and inside for a wile. Poor mom had to return to work. My babysitter Ms. Ruby makes the best cake so she let me eat as many pieces I wanted. She gave me gifts to. Her gifts were a basket and a soft blanket like throw. By then my mom had come home and she wanted to eat hotdogs for dinner. I however I did not. So I called alot of numbers to reach my dad and he finally picked up. I asked him if he could pick up pizza on the way home. He said "Yes, what kind?" I said "Cheese and pepporoni." He was home with a nick of time. I ate like 2 pieces. I took a nice hot shower and played dools with my sisters. It was time for this beautiful day fo mine to end. So I went to bed and thanked God for a beautiful day.
